We only collect the strictly necessary data, and all of the data collected is anonymised. Each user has a randomly generated identification number that helps us distinguish them, for example “5f1193aa3269f723a11a9aab”.

How do We Use Your Information?

To protect our Services. We may use your information as part of our efforts to keep our app safe and secure.

To respond to legal requests and prevent harm. If we receive a subpoena or other legal request, we may need to inspect the data we hold to determine how to respond.

To deliver and facilitate delivery of services to the user. We may use your information to provide you with the requested service.

To respond to user inquiries/offer support to users. We may use your information to respond to your inquiries and solve any potential issues you might have with the use of our services.

We only use Apple Appstore to collect any analytical information regarding metadata or app usage.

We also collect certain technical information about your device to help us provide you with support including the operating system and version and type of device hardware you are using to access the type and show app. We may retain this information to assist you in the future and to improve our customer service. This data is collected outside of the type and show app and is not associated with an individual type and show app user.
